What type of products and services are sold at www.tachomagic.com ?
We provide Tachograph analysis services and related Tachograph consumables.

What is the condition of the products sold at your store?
All products are brand new.

Do the products and services provided come with a guarantee?
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. We have no contract period for our analysis services and you are free to stop using us at any time. We are proud of the quality Tachograph Analysis service we offer and will always try to rectify any problems you may have as soon as you bring them to our attention.

Payment & Checkout

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment via our secure checkout site:

* Google Checkout . Can ship to different address than Billing address
* MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Delta, Solo, Maestro, and Visa Electron . Ship onto Billing address only
* We do not accept payment by cheques.

Do you accept orders / payments from overseas?
We will provide our service to anywhere in europe but unfortunately we can only communicate in English.

What are your shipping costs outside the UK Mainland?
UK offshore destinations and mainland European destinations: Please contact us at admin@tachmagic.com.

Can I ship to an address different from my credit/debit card address?

* Credit card Payments - For your security, orders will only be sent to the credit/debit card holder's registered address.
* Google Checkout payments . Google Checkout allows you to choose a different delivery / shipping address to your billing address.

I am unable to complete checkout, what should I do?
Please contact us at admin@tachmagic.com please describe the error you are receiving and one of our agents will help you within the same working day.

Do prices include VAT?
This is a business to business website 17.5% VAT is not included in our prices unless stated VAT will be added to the final invoice. A VAT receipt is dispatched with your item.

Do prices include delivery?
No any delivery charges will be added to the final invoice.

Shipping & Delivery

Who pays for postage?
The buyer pays all postage costs.

How much do you charge for postage?
For Delivery within the UK mainland, any order £50.00 or under is charged at £5.99; This includes VAT.
Any orders within the UK mainland, over £50 are shipped free of charge as long as they are placed at the same time to the same delivery address.

When will I expect to receive my purchase?
Delivery is normally arranged by Parcelforce on a 24 hour next business day delivery service.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Please allow an additional day if your item has not arrived on the expected day as sometimes we experience delays due to high volumes.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Do you only ship within the UK?
For delivery outside mainland UK, please email us at admin@tachomagic.com.

Can I ship to an address different from my credit/debit card address?

I have not received my order yet, who should I contact?
Please use the admin@tachomagic.com to contact us, please include your order number and one of our staff members will get back to you within 48 hours. If your query is urgent please ring us on 0113 3440190 (Lines open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday).

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied.

What happens if I want a refund?
We will only refund orders that are returned within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order unless otherwise stated, however once despatched we will not refund any additional charges for delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us or the supplier.

We can only refund the original card details, or bank account used to make the purchase. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number.

Orders which include visits to the customers premises such as Software installations and training will usually be within 2 weeks of ordering by agreement with both parties. If such an agreement cannot be reached or the minimum software / hardware or any other requirments are not met then the customer can cancel the order two days prior to the instalation day for a full refund. Cancelations within two days of a visit may incure travel and other costs which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

What happens if I want to exchange my goods?
If you are not satisfied with a product and you find it is not suitable for your needs, you must contact us at admin@tachomagic.com and return the item within 30 days from the date you receive the order for a prompt exchange.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been damaged. It may take 10 - 14 days to exchange your purchase from the date your items arrive in our warehouse or the supplier.

What happens if my goods are damaged on delivery?
We must be notified within 7 days if you find a fault or defect with an item you have received. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.

What happens if I want to return my goods?
Please notify us before returning your goods to admin@tachomagic with a brief description of the damage/problem in your inquiry so one of our agents can promptly research your request with in 48 hours.

We will need proof of your purchase, e.g. an order number or address details to verify your order on our system.

We will then inform you what address you have to send it back to. If you want us to arrange to pick up an item to be returned, there maybe a charge depending on the size and weight of an item.

Once the goods have arrived back to our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund or exchange your purchase from the date your items arrive to us or the supplier.
